Minimum Order: $500

Shipping/Handling: Primary shipping methods are FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, AMTRAK, common carrier, and air freight. Please indicate preferred shipping method when placing order. A packing/box charge of $10 per box will apply to all orders.

Credit Terms: New customers must prepay first order. After first order, 30 day terms are offered upon approval of credit. There is a finance charge of 1.25% per month on past due accounts.

Order Fulfillment: Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will not make substitutions without prior consent. Orders are filled in the order received. We make every effort to ship on the week following placement of the order, or upon your special instructions. Orders can be held for up to three weeks prior to shipping if necessary.

Shipping Damage: If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact the carrier directly to submit a claim, and also please inform us of the situation.

Guarantee: We offer a two week return guarantee on our plants once they are in your possession. Please contact us within that time period if you have plants you want to return for credit.
